Funky and fun decor. Good location. There was some highway noise, but it quieted down later at night. Large units and wonderful outdoor areas. The pool was very inviting, although we did not have a chance to use it. Quick and appropeiate responses from the owner to address a couple cleaning issues. Would recommend and consider staying here again.

We really enjoyed our stay and were pleasantly surprised by the private patio. Our dog is very reactive and it was a big bonus to be able to have some outdoor safe space for him. The space was much bigger than we thought. Very functional kitchen - we cooked a lot. Would stay again!

Quirky Tile-filled Courtyard Retreat

This informal hide-away filled with colorful tiles, has one foot in an earlier time while aspiring to updated tastes.The lay-out is eccentric but cool in the warm desert climate. A weakness for us were the multiple barriers to handicapped access. Josh, the owner and staff were very friendly and helpful.Lynne

We really enjoyed our stay here. Comfy bed and cozy living room. Great shower and a big bathtub which were great after a day of hiking at Joshua tree. The place was beautifully decorated, and was very unique. A large and beautiful shared garden and patio with many cacti. Also we had a small private outside area to sit with our coffees in the morning. Only a 10 min drive away from the main park entrance, it was super convenient. Hosts were super responsive and helpful when contacted. We really loved it here, and highly recommend this place for a great stay at Joshua Tree.
