HOUSE RULES:
1) Primary renter must be 21 years of age or older, is required to complete a rental agreement and provide valid ID upon booking through our managment software; and must be staying at the property for the complete duration of the booking.
2) NO parties ( this is against VRBO's rules and they have the right to shut down your account) OR having more than the max guests for the listing at the house at any given time. Failure to comply will result in automatic cancellation and eviction without refund.
3) No check out's on major federal holidays. You may be asked to alter your reservation to the day before or after.
4) Be mindful of Quiet hours 10pm-6am
5) No smoking/vaping of any kind - loss of security deposit and immediate eviction.
6) We are really laid back hosts BUT....do not tamper with any Starlink equipment or attempt to disconnect or cover, even if you then uncover shortly after, any of our monitoring equipment/cameras. This results in immediate eviction and loss of security deposit.

***We understand the importance of a tidy home and we ask you respect our cleaning staff. Please be kind to them. Be aware that leaving behind any bodily fluids for our cleaning crew to clean will incur a $500 cleaning charge. Also - Failing to leave on time causes delays in turn overs. Unless you have pre-arranged a late check out- for every 20 minutes over check out time - you will incur a $100 charge. Thank you for your cooperation.***
