Rooms were clean and staff was extremely pleasant and welcoming. Rooms are a bit tight when you walk in. We could not unload the luggage cart in our room and had to do it from the hall which is not a huge deal breaker but the storage and space for a family is not the most convenient and you end up having to live out of a suitcase.
