"Our room wasn't ready at arrival. We waited in lobby for about 15 minutes and then we offered a different room. Upon entering room, we discovered bed bugs. We were then moved to the original room we were supposed to have. The staff were friendly. However, we never received any kind of offer of compensation or even contact from management. That was our first and last stay at a Hampton Inn."

Hampton Inn Caryville-I-75/Cove Lake-State Park

"The staff were all incredibly sweet and helpful. We were given great recommendations for places to eat. (The barbecue spot at Cove Lake was outstanding!)The breakfast was delicious and we'll stocked. The room was very comfortable and clean. One of the best parts of our evening was rocking on the rocking chairs out front and watching the sun set over the lake while relaxing on the two-person swings."

"Sheets had hair on them. One of the pillow cases had dried blood on it. They came and changed them. But it should have been done. The bathroom shower was old and looked like a 5 year old caulked the bottom. We wouldn't even use it. The staff was nice."
