"There was absolutely nothing wrong with the property, inside or out. The problem for me was how impersonal the whole atmosphere was, which started as soon as we opened the door. I went to front desk to register and was directed to the computers to register myself. Then to make things worse, after I finally got registered on your computers or kiosks, whatever you want to call them, I was then directed to wait for a text to tell me what my room number would be. The last straw was when it directed me to make my own key so that I could get into my room. I was never so confused and annoyed in all my life. I mentioned to an employee of your hotel (won't mention any name) how upset I was about this and also the fact that I would soon be 80 years old and we didn't grow up with these phones or computers and the personal aspect of greeting your clients was gone, and that was very upsetting. As I spoke to this person, a stupid robot was running around cleaning the carpets and flours. I said to that person, it won't be long before you are replaced and AI will take over. The persons reply was this - word for word "You are absolutely right Madame and I am so sorry about that. Do you know what that is called Mame, its called "Corporate Greed" and I agree 100% When we went the next morning to order some breakfast - go to the computor and order your food, get a number, wait to be called, pay an exsorbent amount of money - no waitress, no personal touch anymore. Disappointed."
