Host was in constant contact and handled any issues we had. Wanted something close to my son's home and this was in the perfect location and enough room for my family.

Not bad but not great

Overall not a bad place to stay. Transition pieces on the floor kept coming up, couch was damaged and the pool was filthy. Host was responsive but could tell they were irritated by me reporting the damage. I understand pool is cleaned once a week but if you know you have a family coming for a week long stay you'd think they'd make sure the pool is clean. Be careful, listing says checkout is 11am, they changed it to 10am and i did not find out until the night before checking out and the host didn't respond to my concerns until 3 minutes before checkout. They charge for early or late checkout but they didn't offer any type of compensation for changing the checkout time without communicating with us. I have my reservation and a message from the host stating 11am. This was very unprofessional.

Family vacation

The house was spacious and open. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had all the amenities we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and the backyard with the pool was sunny and relaxing. The hosts were easy to communicate with and checked in on us to make sure everything was going well. We would definitely stay again at this house.

Great home

This is a lovely home in a nice quiet neighborhood. We had a couple of small issues, but the owners are very responsive and got it fixed right away. We will definitely stay here again.

A wonderful month in Jacksonville!

We had the absolute best time at your house! It was perfect for me and my two kids to spend a month in Jacksonville! The decor was tasteful, the house was cute, and we LOVED the kids room! It really has a personal touch for kids to feel comfortable! The house was well stocked with towels both for the pool and the bathrooms. We used the washer and dryer quite a bit, that was very nice to have access to. Of course the pool was the highlight! We spent all day out there many of the days we were there! It was a nice touch that someone came to clean the pool every week! Those afternoon storms really blew in leaves! We loved the floats, and added some of our own to your collection! The house was in a quiet neighborhood where we felt extremely safe! It really was the perfect place for us to spend the month of July!

Wonderful stay in the house

Family of 5 adults stayed at this property for 3 nights for a wedding weekend and could not have been happier. House was clean, bright and welcoming. Everything was just as advertised and the pool was marvelous! We would definitely stay again if we travel to this area!

Quoet and comfortable

The home had very comfortable beds and a nice layout. The area around the home is quiet and calm. The home appears to be a newer rental with minimal decorations. The kitchen had most needed items for cooking but some oil or seasonings would ne appreciated along with foil or ziplock bags, etc.

Comfortable, clean home in a convenient location.

We had family close by and this was a very convenient place for us to stay. Checking in was easy and our host checked on us and responded to questions we had. All in all a very pleasant stay with very helpful host company. We will book again next time we come this way!

Beautiful home and pool!

Beautiful home, very clean and well decorated. The neighborhood is very quiet so our stay was very peaceful. The pool is lovely and our dog loved the fenced yard. We'd definitely stay here again!
