Everything still appears new and clean. Close proximity to The Block and various restaurants & bars across the street. You could walk to all of them if you choose. There's also a Dunkin next door (kind of behind the hotel). During the day there was plenty of parking in the front of the hotel. At night, the front lot was full, and I had to park in the back. There are also charging stations for electric vehicles in the back. The room had a very large fridge, not a mini fridge, I liked that. Room was very clean. My night was very quiet. Continental breakfast was offered, but I did not try it. I'd stay here again.

The Hotel was nice. Our room was for most parts. The bathroom was the worse of our stay. The bathroom was clean at all. The shower still had hair in it. The stank was nasty had old water stains in it.

Stayed here for a weekend & loved it! The staff was super nice, and it was close to The Block Jax, so it was easy to walk over for a drink or a quick bite to eat! One small note, the room did feel a little humid, I'm not sure why. Overall, this place was exactly what we needed for a quick weekend getaway.

Great hotel for big families. Our room had two queens and pull out sofa as well as a mini kitchen w full size fridge. There’s a super family friendly food hall across the street (it’s a safe easy walk) called the block with awesome food options, cool playground and a dog park. The grab and go breakfast was ok- not substantial enough if you’ve got big eaters in your family. It’s very close to all the St. John’s town center shopping. I think there is even a walking path to get there but we didn’t take it. Great value would def stay there again.

We recently stayed at this newer Hyatt property and unfortunately were very underwhelmed. The staff was friendly, which I do appreciate, but the overall cleanliness and experience did not meet the standards I associate with the Hyatt brand. When we entered the room, there were crumbs left on the counters, dust covering the lamps, and even dead bugs on the floor. The walls/floors also seemed very thin because we could clearly hear the people upstairs, and dogs barking early in the morning around 6 a.m. made it difficult to sleep in. The checkout experience also felt a bit odd. We were asked for my email address again even though it had already been provided during check-in. That left me wondering what happened to the information initially collected. I still haven’t received my receipt. Overall, this stay did not reflect the level of quality and attention to detail I normally expect from Hyatt. Sadly, I would not choose to stay here again.
