Sleeping arrangements
The condo comfortably accommodates up to four guests across two bedrooms. The primary suite features a king bed, soft linens, and direct access to the Florida room, creating a peaceful place to begin and end the day. The second bedroom includes two twin beds, well suited for children, friends, or additional guests. Two full bathrooms provide convenience and privacy for everyone during your stay.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen offers a well-equipped space for preparing meals during your stay. A dining table for four sits nearby, creating a comfortable place to gather for breakfast or dinner. -Sawgrass Country Club is a private, member-only club. Guest access is Not Included.
-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return it along with a photo ID that matches your reservation to finalize your booking.

Guests will simply submit “household pet” information, request an accommodation for an assistance animal, or confirm they are not bringing a pet/animal.
