I wasn't happy they had to take two days to fix the airccconditioner. there was only 1 towel set per person. Had to wash the towels. The view was nice but these things took away from the enjoyment.

Comfortable beds, most w/ views of ocean or sunset. Great room upstairs had best views and allowed all present to interact while eating or preparing meals.No ice maker is a big negative for a property like this, just makes no sense since connection is there. Also, tho seemingly trivial, no can opener...good lord what a pain to have to stop meal prep and drive 18 miles round trip to buy one. I did next renter the favor of leaving it.The property is in need of overhaul and maintenance; flaking stain on decks, hoses that don't work,. poor repair of toilet paper holders, sluggish sliding doors. dust on walls.Altho not repairable, the lack of a door to the master bath results in no privacy.

We booked this property for a multigenerational family gathering. The youngest in our group was one year and the oldest was 83. We loved the large gathering spaces on both floors for family to spend time together. All of the bedrooms were beautifully appointed with comfortable beds. The views of the ocean just steps from the deck were breathtaking. Our house The views of the ocean just steps from the deck where breathtaking. Our house had thought of everything you could possibly need in the very well stocked kitchen. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We enjoyed our stay! We arrived an hour early and were able to access the property. Entering the house, we were immediately welcomed by a spectacular view of the ocean! The house was well appointed with everything we needed. It was a stress free stay!

This property was perfect for our annual girls weekend. It’s right on the beach with beautiful views. The property was clean and well kept. This place would be perfect for two families with lots of kids due to the huge bunk room downstairs.

Almost perfect

I recently stayed for a week at Sandy Cheeks. The house was as pictured, right on the beach. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms that comfortably accommodated 6 adults (3 couples). While the location and the house were amazing there were several things we encountered that took away from our vacation. This property could be perfect with better management and a few hundred extra dollars spent per month. Issues encountered:-Several inconsistencies between what the guide in the home and property management company said to me which caused confusion. A few examples include the property management company said I did not need to take out the trash to the curb on trash days, but in the guide book in the house it said I did. The guide book in the house mention how all tvs in the house had hulu. They did not have hulu or cable. I mentioned this to the property management company during my stay and there was no resolution on this.-Issues with several of the TVs. As mentioned above there was no hulu or cable. This is an inexpensive feature that I expect to have in a house of this caliber. The airplay did not work on one of the tvs.-Another review stated how the house was fully stocked. This was not the case. There was no shampoo, conditioner, body wash and only two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. Overall, it was a beautiful home and a beautiful location. If the property management company spent a little more money and time into managing this property it could be perfect.

Christmas beach time

The house was absolutely wonderful. The rooms had nice separation. The kitchen was well stocked. We played pool almost every night. I only wish the fireplace was working. It was Christmas and we really wanted a fire going. Looked like the gas to it had been disconnected for quite some time. Overall great house great vacation

We rented this amazing house for the weekend my daughter and her fiancé married each other at the Fountain of Youth. The location of the house was perfect in relation to the venue-just a 10 minute drive. The house itself? Absolutely what we needed! The location right on the beach was absolutely perfect and just what we all needed when we weren’t at the venue.

Great place for family to celebrate dads 80th birthday

We had 8 people stay at the house to celebrate my dad and uncles 80th birthday (they are twins). It was February and a bit cold, but there was so much to do inside that the weather did not faze our celebration. Very close to St Augustine so we ran into town a couple times. Also close to Publix. Overall it was very quiet and nice place for a a family to get away. Thank you for letting us stay in this house.

Perfect family getaway!

We had such a great time at this beautiful beach house. Don’t be fooled by the plain outside look. It had everything we wanted especially on the lower level for the kids entertainment. Loved sitting on the deck watching the kids on the beach!
