Friendly staff, quick check-in, treat bag for my service animals, room in good condition, comfortable bed, comfortable pillows, accommodated my request for a first level room. I frequently stay at this location. This was the first time the room was in poor condition. The carpet was wet on the far side of the room, the floor in front of the refrigerator was warped and coming up and the toilet did not flush properly. The person at checkout said the room would be removed from service till repairs are made
