The room was very clean. The refrigerator works great and freezer. The bathroom was nice and clean, but the towels had lots of hairon then and a few bright yellow stains. Now the door to the room was not working properly got lock of our room within an hour. Had trouble getting back into the room due to the lock kept locking by itself so it took us about 15 minutes of trying to get into the room. My husband and I only stayed for one night. On Sunday morning unpon checking out my husband forgot his food and drinks in the frig. and freezer. So, i went back into the hotel to ask to be let back into the room due to leaving stuff in there. So the young lady gave me a key to retrieve my thi gs, but the door had the lock on there like someone was in there cleaning the room. So i went back to the desk to see if someone was in cleaning the room and for her to get it for me. She went to the room and she could get in either it was like someone was in the room so she called two other people to get into the room. Needless to say i had to leave my food and drinks there. The young lady did say someone had just work on the door to fix it.

Decent hotel but needs a little improvement. Nothing at all in the kitchen. Not utensils, cups, plates, dishes towels or rags. Nothing included but a fridge, sink, microwave, and stovetop. No hand towels or Kleenex in bathroom. Lastly, there was traces of hair in different areas. Not a bad hotel but needs to include the necessary items. There was also the office was closed when we got ready to check out. Never experienced a closed from desk before. First time for everything I guess.

Terribke and rude customer service. Do Not stay here with pets. I felt very unsafe staying there that I checked out a day early. They weren’t honest about the pet policy up front as I called before I booked on Expedia. I stayed Friday night and no prob then I told them I was going to meet my daughter in Memphis and would be back in a couple hours and they never said anything until I was 4( min away and they called and threatened to have my dogs sent to animal control. These are the best trained friendliest dogs. They don’t chew. Scratch or bark. They said that dogs were not allowed to be left alone at any point even to go to dinner. I had no idea and had to find a friend to pick them up emergently as I was terrified of something horrible happening to my babies. I have stayed at multiple places with them and NEVER had a problem.

This is very nice, just traveling through and only here for the night. The hotel is located in an area very close to plenty of choices to eat. It is very clean hotel and room. We have stayed at various other hotels around this location. This will be our go to hotel. Gina Marie was awesome when we checked in. She was taking care of a room situation but answered the phone promptly and professionally and got us checked in right away.

I was expecting a more professional reception- the clerk treated me like a was an unexpected hiccup in her day. Being a retired "public servant", i was very disappointed as she lazily assigned me to a handicapped room, falsely proclaiming that i chose that on the site, then had vanished for a significant amount of time as i waited in the lobby. The telephone was not operational in the first room, and when i finally settled in after my 12hr drive to discover my television system in the new room was out of order i discovered i just went numb. Maybe this was an unknown protective measure on my part- as i had been notified as i walked away with the reprogrammed room card that the front desk would be closed and assistance for anything would be non-existent. I made it through. Would i book again?? If everything else was booked in a 100mi radius- yes. lbvs

The staff were Awsome. The place is brand new and opened in July 2025. Beautiful inside and out. Good parking and easy access off of the highway. Lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Pet friendly. Pricing makes it even better.
