The hotel is exceptionally beautiful, and the staff is highly commendable. We thoroughly enjoyed having Luca as our concierge. He demonstrated remarkable helpfulness, patience, and attentiveness.
It is worth mentioning that we provided gratuity to our staff throughout our stay. Borga added a gratuity to our bill, which we were able to decline, but it was still included.
