The building had great character with exposed brick, the location is excellent with a French bakery next door as well as other shops. Plus the staff was nice and it was clean .

I have visited and/or owned for the last 10 years. Great location & proximity to the beach. The cornhole game and volleyball nets are close by to this particular unit and can be noisy at times. Buildings are old but maintained well.
