The best thing about this property is desk clerk Nidhi. He gave specific directions, great restaurant recommendations and advice on tourist destinations. The room and bathroom was small, but the layout worked. The bed comfortable, the water pressure strong. The a/c fan was too loud and it took two-three days to get used to, as well as early morning traffic. Common areas could be updated. Homeless laying outside was a little offputting.

In the middle of downtown Vancouver. Convient to shopping and dining. Only issue we had was AC unit in one of the bedrooms wasnt cool enough.

The staff was terrific and were very helpful and considerate of our delayed flights and late arrival time. My wife, a notorious critic, was very impressed. It was slightly odd that the entrance to the hotel was not off the main road, but this made actually entering the hotel easier, since foot traffic was reduced. Overall, a terrific stay and would frequent again when we return to Vancouver.

I love how it feels like a home away from home. The staff leaves you alone but is there if you need them. The area is very safe and a melting pot of cultures and cuisines to choose from.

Excellent stay. Room was quiet, spacious enough, with no maintenance issues. Location is perfect. Attached restaurant/bar is convenient, including for breakfast. Sure the neighborhood is “urban” but no different than in any other big city and at no point did I feel unsafe, even walking around at 2 am. Would stay there again.
