The front desk staff were above nice, as was the guy working the bar to take my order for fries. Btw..best fries ever! The room was great, however, taling a shower and reaching for a towel that felt like a brillo pad was not great. All of the towels in the bathroom, wash cloth, hand towel and bath towel felt the same...not nice.

There was a terribly loud mechanical noise on the tenth floor. We had to move rooms. We heard other guest complaining too. The staff knows about the noise but still books rooms there. One elevator of three was malfunctioning. The snack service was closed.
