Maintenance issues were brought to the attention of the host but not corrected. The home is in a state of disrepair including broken door handle, lightbulbs burnt out, cracked and chipped dishes, smoke alarm issues and landscaping overgrown with weeds.

We loved this home! The kitchen was fully stocked, the views of the pool were wonderful! The home was very clean and comfortable. Being our first time to rent, we were pleasantly surprised. We would definitely stay again given the chance.

Great place

Great place..very nice inside. The only two things i wasnt impressed with are the camera's everywhere in the house and watching at the pool. The owners did show me that the camara's in the house weren't working and they are taking them down when they got back to town. And it was weird they were on while we were in the pool.

Beautiful house in a quiet, wonderful neighborhood. We really enjoyed early morning walks and the pool during the heat of August. Very convenient location.Next time the bicycles come with us for the neighborhood and Withlacoochee Trail.

Just right!

Great location for us! Close to many bike paths, which we utilized almost every day. Quiet neighborhood!Owners were great! Responded to questions & concerns almost immediately! House was as described. We could tell that no one had been in the house in a while, but we aired it out and after a few days, it seemed fine. We couldn’t figure out the trash situation as the prior renters must’ve had the same issue with no trucks picking up the garbage. Would stay again! Thanks!!

This is a real find. Truly beautiful. The kitchen was huge and practical. The bedrooms were awesome and the entire property was perfectly clean. Very well worth the money. Would recommend to anyone interested..

Great place for golfers

Beautiful home with everything you need. Great location for golfers as there are plenty of courses very close. Comfortable furniture, owners are very quick to respond to questions. Will definitely stay here again. SB

Beautiful home in a nice quiet place. Excellent service from owners. If I owned the property I would get a new pool cleaner. He stopped in during our stay to clean and it didn't look any cleaner after he left. Needs a good scrub down. It didn't keep me out of the pool though:) Would definitely stay again.

Winter Golf Trip

Home was wonderful and delightful to stay in. Everything was as stated in description and very comfortable. Owners responded to all questions promptly before and during our stay. This was a girl’s trip and we really enjoyed our stay. Location was perfect for those in our group to play golf at different courses almost every day we were there. Close to stores and shopping. Would recommend this home for those who want a quiet relaxing time away. Thanks for a great time.

Really enjoyed our stay and the place was clean and comfortable. However we just wished we would have known the pool heater wasn’t working. We realize now it wasn’t listed that way but was listed in amenities and had pictures.

It truly is a Gem!

Everything was top notch! This was our first time doing VRBO and this place hit it out of the park. The house was very clean and in a great neighborhood, which was very important to us. The house is exactly like the pictures.. Located about an 1hr 20 away from Disney. Great local places to dine and the kitchen came fully equipped to prepare your own meals if you wanted. The hosts were very friendly and always just a phone call away. We are already going to book again for next year!! GeralynnK

Very pleasant experience

This house is in a very quiet neighborhood off the usual traffic patterns of the area but has easy access to downtown, Gulf and Lake District. Lovely appointed home with a distinct Mediterranean flair - abundance of houseware, and provisions as well as upscale Appliances and excellent security system. The serenity of the back yard invites contemplation and fun entertainment for cooking out or enjoying time with a fine wine, good friends & good food. We reached everything we wanted to do in the area within 30 minutes. The host was very accessible and questions were answered in short time - in a friendly and supportive manner. We are hoping to be back several times this year.
