casa moderna situada en el extremo de una de dos pistas de arena, privado, con fácil acceso a muchos lugares. Situado entre el pato y el Lago Verde, con acceso al lago conjunta a Duck Lake. Cerca de Traverse City, Sleeping Bear Dunes, Interlochen Arts Academy Events y Interlochen State Park, Crystal Mountain Ski and Golf Resort. Hay tres dormitorios y dos baños completos (uno con ducha y otro con bañera vintage), una cocina totalmente renovada y completamente cargada, lavadora y secadora, televisión vía satélite en la sala de estar y el dormitorio principal. parrilla de gas en el patio. Nuestra casa no está en Duck Lake, pero compartimos acceso al lago justo al final de nuestro camino. Acceso a lago 1/10 de milla, el acceso conjunto con amarre barco disponible. Debido a los nadadores de natación comezón es segura de residuos profunda, pero muy largo en el vadeo poco profunda es arriesgado. He estado nadando en el lago Pato durante 11 años y nunca he tenido nadadores picor, siempre y cuando se tiene cuidado y toalla del riesgo es muy bajo. Hay áreas del lago donde puedes vadear y jugar frizbee, etc. sin preocupaciones, pero tienes que ir en bote, así que un bote o un kayak es una excelente forma de disfrutar este lago. Excellent experience!

Communication was excellent and open. House was really set up nice and plenty of space. A lot of things were furnished and available. Not far from a grocery store. Secluded feeling without a far drive to get places

Great location, especially with dogs, and proximity to Interlochen School of the Arta

Location is fantastic - dogs able to run freely in woods/trails directly from the private property. The small things in the house need updating(dishes, smaller maintenance items, etc) and a 2nd shower would be nice. Otherwise this is a great property with fantastic owners

Great house; great location; great hostess!

Wonderful stay! Ideal place for old friends to be near their school reunion, to be immersed in the fall color of Interlochen, and still have all the modern conveniences. I highly recommend this property!

Quiet, woodsy house

This is a very comfortable, clean house in the woods. The kitchen is well equipped and the host was very responsive to my questions and comments. We didn't use the kayaks because we went to my brother's house during the day and used theirs.

Beautiful location, but unfortunate interaction with host

The house itself definitely gets a 9/10. It was very clean upon arrival, had beautiful big windows to view nature surrounding the house, and had everything you needed to be comfortable during your stay. The location felt safe and had outdoor seating options which was very nice. The host also pointed out the reverse osmosis water opinions in the kitchen, which was great! Unfortunately due to an interaction with the host that left us all feeling uneasy and hesitant to reach out with any further questions during our stay brought the overall rating down. Upon inquiring about the gym that was listed under amenities, along with the overabundance of black and grey mold colonies in the upstairs AC unit, the host had a very cold interaction with us. I messaged the host to ask if there were any supplies for us to clean out the mold so we could use the unit (it was pretty hot upstairs), the host was very quick to respond and came over within an hour with supplies. Unfortunately upon inspection of the AC unit with the host, we were questioned on how we knew it was mold, and if we went to school to identify it. Three of us in the group have bachelor's of science degrees and were quite taken back by that unnecessary comment. The inside of the unit was covered in mold, easy to see. We felt extremely uncomfortable after the interaction. The next day the host did apologize for the gym being falsely listed, which was appreciated, maybe they had a bad day prior?

Summer in Norther MI perfection

We absolutely adored our stay. Cabin was clean and cared for very well. Quiet area, easy walk to the lack, and close to all the amenities Interlochen offers. Great communication with host, would definitely stay again.

Wonderful House w Great Kitchen!

Loved this well-stocked, clean & relaxing retreat in the woods near Interlochen Center for the Arts. Great kitchen- nice appliances- we cooked every night. Also the kayaks for the lake were a sweet bonus! Evening walks in the quiet of nature were magical- fireflies! Can’t wait to return for peace & beauty just one mile from ICA

Family vacation

I highly recommend this home! We had a wonderful experience. It was very clean and had everything we needed! The home is in a great location, very private and was close to great trails to walk our dog. The host was proactive in communicating prior to our arrival and made sure our check in was smooth. Second Stay

This was our second stay at this house. We love the location. We took trips into Traverse, Empire and Crystal for skiing. Dogs love walking the trails through the woods. We got a lot of use out of the woodburning stove. Not super fancy but a great house that makes for an easy family vacation.

Home was as described. Actually larger then it appears in the pictures. Host was friendly. She came over to the property shortly after we arrived and showed us how to use the wood stove (stove is not the main source of heat, there is a furnace) we did not use the stove.
