Relaxing stay close to all the tennis action!

Clean property. Minor issue with coffee maker that was corrected same day. Sad that there is a surcharge of nearly 500 USD to have the pool heated. Other area properties include these amenities for guests. Also no access to tennis courts of the gated community because owners have not subscribed. Otherwise very pleasant stay-accommodations very modern, comfortable, and located conveniently close to Indian Wells and hiking.We tried the Nest (loud, and mediocre food) and Eureka (average food, good brews)-look forward to trying other places next time.

Perfect desert getaway

The property was exactly as pictured - gorgeous. Everything inside updated and spacious. The backyard and pool area just perfect! The property management company was so responsive and friendly. We would love to stay again in the future!

Terrific House and Stay

We just returned from an incredible family vacation at this VRBO property, and we couldn't be happier with our stay! The house was absolutely perfect for the six of us, featuring a spacious layout with a king bed, a queen bed, and two twin beds, ensuring everyone had their own comfortable space. The backyard was truly a highlight of our trip. The pool and hot tub provided the ultimate relaxation spot, making it easy to unwind after a day of adventures. We spent hours enjoying the sun and making memories together in this beautiful outdoor space. The kitchen was another standout feature. Huge and well-equipped, it was perfect for cooking and gathering as a family. We loved preparing meals together and sharing stories around the dining table. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches from our hosts. They provided a detailed book that explained everything about the house and the expectations for guests, which made our stay smooth and enjoyable. A couple of notes for future guests: the neighborhood is gated, so make sure to inform the host manager if you have visitors or plan to use rideshare services like Uber or Lyft. Overall, this was a fantastic place for our family vacation. Highly recommend!

Exceptional Property

My adult daughter and I stayed for 5 nights and loved the home. It was very clean and a great layout. The pool area was great, we loved the pool chairs. The area itself is vey quiet and nice, though it is quite a drive from the gates to the house but well worth it!

It was the perfect location for the lacrosse tournament my kids were attending - super close. Pool and spa were great for end-of-day relaxing and the location was very quiet and peaceful.

Cozie Desert

The house was decorated nice and the perfect size for our family of 6. One of the main reasons we booked this house was because of the game room/garage. However, there were zero pieces to the Operation game, only 1 ball for the Velcro bullseye game and unfortunately all the basketballs were flat. I think the cleaning crew could pay closer attention to detail in the future. Some of the extra towels in the hall cabinet were damp and there was a broken wine glass that was put back into the kitchen cabinet. The house is located within a gated neighborhood. The neighborhood is nice but we felt it inconvenient to have to only enter and exit through the main guard entrance as the neighborhood is quite large and there are other gates closer to the house. We did have a few issues come up that were taken care of but the management company Vacasa must not have any many employees as we were on hold at least 20 minutes ago each time before our call was answered.

Beautiful Large Home

My wife and I came in to Indio for extended business stay and was looking for an affordable and comfortable home. This fit the bill but was a little large for just my wife and I. Positives- Beautiful home Massive kitchen Nice pool Game room Negatives- Navigation to the home inside of the resort property was confusing Travel time from/to the gate inside the resort property was about 6 minutes Only one gate access/egress for all visitors Thermostat was UNUSABLE by the renters. That’s unacceptable for this price of stay Fees on top of daily rental rate were EXORBITANT in my opinion. Outrageous. For a 16 night stay the “Fees” were over twelve hundred bucks! Overall good place but make sure you know all fees and conditions prior!

Relaxing time in indio

Property was beautiful, clean and extremely well equiped. The bedding was top quality and the ensuite bathroom made you feel like you were staying in a luxury hotel. The only negative was to have more shade available around the pool area during the high temperature months; perhaps a roofed gazebo to the left of the pool...just a thought.

The inside of the rental was clean and well equiped. Plenty of towels, dishes, cookware. However, the pool area was terribly dirty with food and debris under the table and the table itselt too dirty to use. The pool when we arrived was too stagnant for swimming. However, the pool guy came the next day. Everything was coated with dirt even after I hosed off the furniture.. We had two simple questions to ask the management and though we called twice and left messages, no return call. Probably will not return to this rental.

House was exactly as advertised, spacious and open very easy to live in. The negative is that you have to prepay for the pool and spa and if it is not usable due to storm or other issues you will not be credited for your loss of pool time
