Great spot in Indio!

Stayed for work with seven others and this was the perfect location to unwind at night after a long day. The amenities were perfect, easy to make breakfast each morning and to wash clothes when we needed to. The fire pit and spa were awesome for after work/dinner relaxing/drinks or to have a fire side chat zoom call. Julio was easy to contact and super responsive. Check in and out were a breeze and the house rules are simple to follow. Would absolutely stay again for work or a vacation!

Family Christmas Holiday

The home was exactly as advertised with plenty of room for our family of 12 - all adults and one 11 year old. The outdoor activities were great and the pool and spa very nice. We enjoyed time around the firepit too! Our management representative, Julio, was very responsive and helpful. He came out on Christmas Day to resolve one small issue and was so nice and accommodating. It's a fun property with lots to do!

Great time

Was a great house for a family vacation with kids of all ages. The kids really enjoyed the pool and darts. The grown ups enjoyed the fire pit. Very comfortable beds and lots of space for everyone. Highly recommend it!

Review of the indio property

Overall it was a great experience We had two issues, one was the Trash Cans outside the house were full when we got there and we had no place to put our trash during our stay , and i reported that at least three times via email and vm and txt to Prop manager to no avail The Pool was not clean when we got there, but to their credit they took care of it within the first hour that we were there Overall it was a great experience

Best Girl's weekend

We had an incredible long weekend at the property. There were minor issues with plumbing and a door lock that were PROMPTLY handled as soon as we reported them. Julio the house manager was ON IT and provided amazing service. The weekend was beautiful and we would absolutely stay at this property again in the future. Thanks for the memories!

Great house for large group.

Very clean and well suited for large groups. Beds were very comfortable. Pool and backyard space was exceptional. Safe and immaculate neighborhood. A larger, full set of dishes and flatware would be a good addition but overall a fantastic experience.

We had a wonderful family trip to this property. The home is perfectly set up to meet the needs of groups with different ages. The kids had a blast in the pool, hot tub, and playing the games. Family Reunion Success!

I'll begin at the end: We had a ball! The property was as described on-line. It was perfect for our family reunion of 14. Julio was responsive to our incidental requests. I don't think his phone ever rang twice when I called--which was only twice. He was great! We didn't see much of Indio because we didn't feel the urge to leave the property. The pool, spa, games (both outside and inside) gave us plenty to do! Thanks Julio!
