I thought the breakfast sausage was a little under quality. Also my bed seemed extra soft and maybe like it's losing its firmness somewhat.

Everything was great, the only issue was the two coffee machines took awhile to brew a cup of coffee and the line was long. I ended up going to the gas station for coffee after checking out of the hotel.

Walking distance to Ruoff concert venue

Went to see a show at Ruoff music center. Was well within walking distance, saved $25 just by walking to venue. The hotel was one of the Best i have stayed at. The minute u check in they provide warm cookies and water in little bags for your stay. The hotel is super clean, staff is at ur service for anything we needed. Food and shops within walking distance. The bed was super comfy, with a large tv. The water pressure was great in shower. This was a afforable place to stay.

Front desk guy was great, the lady not so much. Interrupted the guy and just plain rude. The room was decent, floor had huge stains on it. Desk chair was ripped and stained. The other chair in the room had stains on it also, wouldn’t dare to sit on them. Breakfast was overcrowded, minimum options of food, service was friendly though.

Parking was easy to find. The hotel was very clean. Breakfast was good, quite a bit of variety. We asked for a comforter for our pull out bed for my daughter (only a thin blanket was provided in the room) and two employees told us there were no comforters available in the whole facility. I found that hard to believe. Other than that, our suite was gorgeous and comfy.
