Booked this hotel as a last-minute stay, but unfortunately, I would not choose to stay here again. The property looks quite dated, and the room photos online were misleading compared with the actual condition of the room. The bathtub had significant paint chipping, the drain was extremely slow during a shower, and the bathroom was not as clean as I would have expected. On the positive side, the hotel is conveniently located near the airport, the breakfast was good, and the beds were comfortable. Overall, the location and a few amenities were positives, but the condition and cleanliness of the room were disappointing. I would choose a different hotel next time.

The staff members were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, we had an issue with our room key not working, but the staff member helped us out immediately. The room was clean. However, there was an issue with the metal shower cover standing up against the wall in the shower when we arrived.

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT STAY HERE. My wife and I stayed here for the Morgan Wallen concert. Our check in took 15 minutes to talk to anyone and the staff was extremely unorganized. We go into our room and pillows were filthy, bed comforter had stains in it. Bathroom with unfinished and lights were missing. On top of all of that the price was absurd for what you paid for. The only plus was the commute to the stadium was very quick and easy to get to.

In general, about what I expected in that this hotel was rated in about the middle of the pack amongst the several hotels in the area. Positives: The staff was friendly and helpful and the lobby and breakfast area were clean. Opportunities: The hotel was doing construction activities during our stay and had carpeting torn up in some hallways. Our stay was for two nights and we did not get room service after the first night.
