The staff was extremely attentive and friendly. The rooms are slightly dated but clean and fine for a night or 2. They take dogs which was so helpful too! Great independently owned hotel/ motel which is better than giving the $$ to big chains.

Excellent staff. Very friendly and professional. The beds were very comfortable and the room had everything we needed. The room had a little bit of a stale odor when we entered but nothing lysol spray couldn't fix. It was clean and the ac worked fine. Breakfast was basic which was fine. I would recommend this hotel.

This has to be one of the best privately owned motels in the the middle of the United States. I have stayed in the motel around eight nights in the last four years and in the fours years it gets better every year. The owners are constantly making improvements on the rooms and others areas inside and now are adding a game room with a pool table and other things plus the outside area is like walking into a garden filled with flowers and others sites. A place well worth driving a few miles out of you way to stay.

Once we tried Express Inn, it is the only place we stay in Parsons. Friendly staff that go out of their way to help. If you have any issue, please talk with them - they will do their best to help - if you are unfamiliar with TV, if you have a problem operating shower, etc. Very clean, comfortable. Highly recommend.
