"I was worried when I booked this hotel that it would be quite loud due to planes taking off nearby. It turns out I didn't need to be concerned as the bed was so comfy I accidentally overslept and missed breakfast.
I had a problem with my hairdryer during the stay and this was promptly replaced... by a cute robot outside my door. That was a novelty for me.
Ibis hotels in Europe tend to be pretty basic and standard but this one felt more luxurious, with a rain shower and bathrobes.
If I return to Incheon, I would definitely stay here again. "
