Checking in was smooth and the lobby looks nice but the rooms were disappointing. Stained sheets, lumpy pillows, stains on the light covers in the bathrooms, door hardware loose. Garage elevator was out of order as well. Not interested in going back since everything in the rooms felt old and in need of replacements.

Pool and hot tub were scary and embarassing. They were dirty and lots of pealing paint. The jets shoot water straight up to the sky. One guy and $500 could correct this. Other than that, the hotel was fine and a good value.There is only food during breakfast. then the kitchen closes at 10 AM. There is simple bar food, apetizers at the bar in the evening. The manager should be fired immediately.

The room was horrible. The water leaked in the bathtub, there was no plug in the sink, the counter was about 3 inches above my knee, the tile in bathroom was very slick and I almost fell getting out of the shower, the shower curtain was hung wrong, so water leaked onto the bathroom floor, the carpet and walls were dirty, the mattress was thin and hard, there was not microwave or refrigerator, the door was difficult to open, the air conditioner/heater was so loud that we had to turn it off, the hotel is noisy, you can hear everything from the hallway or the adjoining rooms and the window coverings did not keep the sun out in a room that faced west.
