This was a very cozy place to stay and very convenient to the lake and town. We even saw deer in the lawn our last night there. Wonderful place to stay. Highly recommend for couples.

The rental was absolutely beautiful and it had everything you needed. It was so peaceful sitting around the campfire in the evenings watching the sunsets. Very clean rental and we can't wait to rent this again.

The cabin was spectacularly neat and clean. I question going places that allow dogs, but you would not have known dogs stay here, it was that clean. The whole place, inside and out, was set up so nicely; decorated beautifully. I have already put it on my 'visit again' list.

This little cabin is beautifully decorated, clean, cozy and overall a perfect option for anyone looking to take a little trip to Raystown. The rules are straightforward and simple. Check-in and out was a breeze and the location is peaceful and pretty much central to everything. Very close to the beach, good local restaurants, the Marina and much more. Very clean and well taken care of, we look forward to coming back!

Great location close to Raystown Lake , also close to an awesome barbecue local restaurant “Backwoods smoke shack”.Beautiful view and clean place !We stayed for 4th of July long weekend there !

Hiking Trip

We had a great stay at the cozy little Cabin! Exactly what we were looking for during our stay at Raystown Lake. Beautiful views & a great yard for our dog to relax and feel at home, we enjoyed the fire pit. Close drive to many walking trails and local coffee shops/restaurants.

Everything was exactly as listed. The property is well taken care of and was very clean and the owner's were great! The only improvement that can be suggested is upgrading the mattress. However, this was our second stay and we will be back again! The views are beautiful and the lake is a quick 15 min drive away. This has been our favorite place to stay in Raystown so far and we hope to make this little cabin our regular stay for quick getaways with our fur-babies.

Short stay getaway

The property was great it had everything we needed. The cabin was cozy and comfortable. Owners were easy to get a hold of when we had any questions. Owners gave us information about places to go to eat and information about Raystown lake since it was our first time there. I would highly recommend this place and would come back again. 10 out of 10.

Sweet place

We were in the area visiting Juniata College and this place is close by. It is perfect for 2 people, we had 3 people and it wasn’t ideal. It a cute converted wooden storage shed with a porch and was well insulated and comfortable. We were there right after a snow/ice storm in very cold windy weather. It was good we had studded snow tires because the hill to the neighborhood would have been tricky and the driveway to the cabin wasn’t plowed.

Cozy stay and pet friendly

The property was very clean and exactly as listed. The hosts were great communicators who made the check in very easy. It was a cold weekend and the heat was great! We brought our dog and it was very pet friendly. Overall, great stay.
