The Woodlands Mall and Market Street, Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion which hosts lots of major concerts is just minutes from the property, so make sure to check out what events are happening during your visit. In about 20 minutes you can also reach lake conroe, which offers tons of activities like water skiing, fishing and much more. This property is also minutes away from beautiful golf courses like The Woodlands Resort and Country Club and much more. Downtown Houston is only aprox. 45 minutes away

The unit I booked was unavailable do to the current tenant not leaving on time. The owner found us a nicer place of his to stay at so we did not have to find a new place. He was very helpful.

Nice place

We were told there would be a parking pass and a fob in our room yet neither were there. Had to go to the office to get both. We checked out a day early and notified manger and got no response. We get a phone call from the manager on the day we were supposed to check out asking us if we had a four year old in our room because neighbors were complaining. We were already home and certainly had no four year old. Very strange

Apt was clean, comfortable, convenient. The manager, Ike was a saint. What a pleasant stay. Thank you. I would highly reccomend.
