The first room i had was infested with roaches, but the second room was actually really clean and tidy. I think they should do a better job inspecting the rooms before renting them out.

I was evacuated from hurricane Ida and my kids and I where they are it was hard getting towels it was all so hard getting toiletries it was just like as if we were stealing things so I had to go out to the store and buy towels extra towels I could not believe the way that they were like harping on us giving back towels blankets sheets I didn't need that I didn't want that

Horrible if you can don’t stay here they had roaches everywhere they don’t clean the rooms and I couldn’t get my refund back so please avoid this place unless you got an exterminator with you other than that don’t stay here

Roaches and flies the blanket was dirty the sheets had cigarette hikes it was just a mess I couldn't even go to sleep I was completely uncomfortable I left way before check out time
