Perfect access to downtown

Easy in and out for an overnight business trip. Great access to coffee shops nearby in the morning and 5 mins away from downtown. The rooms were clean, bedding comfy and the kitchen was dynamite.Thanks for the great stay!

Amazing home, beautifully decorated and close to everything! Friends and I were in town for the rodeo and this house was a gem! Everything and i mean everything you'll need is there. I loved how close it was to restaurants and nightlife, yet set back on a quiet street and gated was a plus! I'd book here again and again. Can't wait for my next trip to Houston because I'm staying here! Thank you for sharing your fabulous home!

Simply gorgeous

Loved the location, the decor, the comfortable beds, and the rooftop.It's hard to think of anything to criticize. Location- perfect for our needs- in town for the marathon and we could literally walk to the convention center where all the activity began/ended. Walkable to many things. Loved having secure parking (garage and gate).

Beautiful townhome

We loved staying at this beautiful home near downtown Houston. It was just minutes from the George Brown convention center. The hostess was very accommodating and quickly responded to any of our questions. Very comfortable beds too.

Beautifully decorated and comfy space!

We came to Houston to visit our daughter, and knew very little about the area. I was looking for a quiet and comfy place for us to enjoy each others company, and this place was perfect. Not only was it decorated so beautifully, it was comfortable and clean, and very roomy! Our host was very responsive and we were so pleased with their attention to detail, and care.

Beautiful and Comfortable

I was in town for a work conference so I had a colleague staying at the property with me. I was there for only a few days but it was so comfortable I quickly felt like I was at home. The property is beautiful and stocked well with anything I needed. There are a couple really sweet coffee shops near by. The neighborhood is quiet and the parking was easy. I slept great, which is rare for me. The property manager/owner was very easy to communicate with and she was very accommodating. Thank you Eunice for a wonderful stay. Your home is wonderful!

Nice Accommodations Close to Convention Center

Nice condo with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our group. Short Uber ride to the convention center or 15 min walk. Easy to work with for booking and everything was as shown on the website. Second time staying at this location and we would be happy to stay again next year!

Great place. Minutes from downtown.

Had meetings all week downtown. Able to get downtown in a few minutes and very little traffic. Place was nice and quiet. Great having a gated security access and a garage with auto door opener. 2nd time I’ve stayed at this property.

Perfect for our group!

We came to Houston for a surgery and my family came to support me. There was plenty to room and the internet supported three serious work from home family members. The house was pretty well appointed; we cooked a decent amount! We didn’t really have any issues but I reached out to Eunice and she answered right away. We would stay here again!

Superb Hospitality

Visited Houston during the Christmas week to visit with family and the host Eunice went above and beyond our expectations to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. Not only was her home filled with all the comforts needed when traveling with family but she included Christmas decor which added to the festive ambiance needed in keeping with the Holiday spirit. The townhome community is quiet and gated which provided peace of mind and a sense of safety. The home is delightful, well appointed, within close proximity to everything and everyone we needed to see and events we needed to attend including Lakewood Church for Christmas Eve service and Discovery Green for Holiday fun. We will surely return to this rental and recommend to our friends and loved ones.
