Beautiful property, We chose this property specifically because of the advertised amenities, including the heated pool, jacuzzi, grill and overall space we needed to accommodate everyone during our stay. Unfortunately, the jacuzzi and pool were not heated during our stay, even though we paid an additional fee for the heated pool. The owner was very responsive and did offer a 300 refund for this issue, which was appreciated.The grill that was advertised was rusty, had no propane (which I didnt find that out till I checked in), and did not work. Because we planned to grill by the pool, I ended up purchasing a new grill during our stay and left it behind for future guests to use.The water pressure in the home was also poor, and some of the lights around the sitting area by the pool area were not working.Overall, the property itself was nice, and the host was responsive and attempted to make things right. However, several of the key amenities we specifically booked the home for were not available as advertised, which was disappointing.
