This cozy studio condo is on the top/3rd floor with assigned parking right outside the front door! Located in the South Hwy 7 area with views of Lake Hamilton. Hot Springs is full of outdoor adventures, family-friendly attractions, and places to unwind. Property was ok. The condo didn’t have any lights other than some cheap lamps without shades. All the overhead lights didn’t work. Bathroom lights worked but, the kitchen was dark the entire time. Tried to email management with no response.
