Check in time should be a little earlier and check out could be an hour or two longer. big stain on the bedspread on the lower bedroom with the bath; two chairs on the deck had torn seats....beautiful house and furniture and design.very nice deck area overlooking the lake. Ping Pong paddles need replacing. water filter in fridge expired, propane tank in firepit empty; not enough toilet paper,,,you need a better check list!

Stay was good

We liked the property, stay and views. However, would have been very nice if these small things are taken care before an occupancy as the property is old but renowated.Family room window needs to be replaced. Slide door came out after we touched it. Hndyman fixed it and learned that owner is planning to replace it.One TV remotes needs to be replaced/upgraded with faster systems. FireStick stopped responding after a day. Downstairs TV responds too slow.Checkout time 10am is fine, but, wish we had an extension of checkout time atleast 11am.

Perfect Family Christmas

We gathered at the home with our grown children for our annual Family Christmas Trip. It was absolutely perfect! We loved that it was almost like having the home with a separate apartment! We spent our days sight seeing in downtown Hot Springs and our evenings eating in, playing games, and enjoying being together for 4 days. I would absolutely rent this home again. And Grant was an absolute pleasure as a host.

Wonderful lake house

That’s an amazing place to stay. The scenic view from the window was great. Everywhere in the house reflected the host’s good taste in life! Chairs on the balcony, sofas next to the window, and many cute decorations on the grass.

Pure perfection!

This property is in a perfect location, with plenty of shade on all of the decks and in the yard to fish, canoe or just sit outside ALL day! The inside is equally inviting and roomy. I highly recommend this property for your next Hot Springs getaway!

Great trip to the races. House was great as we had 10 and everyone could gather in the same room no problem. Only recommendation would be potentially a kureig instead of drip coffee. Much easier

Great location & nice amenities

Our family had a great time and the space suited our needs. The view from the kitchen great room area was just amazing, and we enjoyed the big decks & having opportunity to grill and walk down to the dock. The house was large, but seemed to have a lot of unnecessary items. It’s hard to keep children from moving decor around that is sitting loose on the floor. It was super hot (over 100) while we were there, so we turned the air up to 78 during the day while we were away, to keep the unit from freezing up. The bedrooms & downstairs area was very easy to cool. I guess all the windows & the vaulted ceiling in the center of the house made it very difficult to cool the kitchen & greatroom. It was never as comfortable temperature-wise as the other parts of the home. That was our biggest complaint, but overall the house was great!

Perfect Mini Vacay

This property was perfect for our Annual couple's trip! Plenty of room to gather and enjoy each other and even more to spread out to he alone. Conveniently located to stores and attractions! The communication with property management was amazing and they even left nice welcoming touches at checkin!

Great Family Home

Lots of room for large family gathering! Large kitchen with plenty of dishes, pots etc. Downstairs game room was perfect for late afternoon in door fun, pool table & ping pong. Decks offer great access upstairs and Down to the lake. Convenient to bath houses, restaurants and shopping in Hot Springs! The communication was terrific during planning and during the stay. Very Comfortable home. Enjoyed our stay.
