Every single person we encountered was just the nicest most attentive. That is why we come here every year. From Branden and front desk team to Park and his team at breakfast. To the lovely women in the cleaning crew and the one whose nsme starts with Ch. The hotel is clean and offers a lite breakfast every morning. Rooms are spacious. Great pool and fitness room. Great for families or couples. Super convenient. Parking lot offered for a fee, but very reasonable. Close enough to beach and shopping but also not right on main street where it can be noisy. I know there are a lot of changes going on, but I really hope the things that make this place amazing don't change.

Bedbugs avoid at all cost Stay away unless you want to bring bugs home Horrible pool not heated and in shade most of day and zero view Free breakfast is not for main land travelers Breakfast salad rice hard boiled eggs and egg drop soup that's not breakfast that's lunch at a Chinese restaurant Rude receptionist checked us in and forgot about us and when I went to ask male receptionist was even more disrespectful

My family & I had a wonderful stay. The welcome card with the chocolate covered macadamia nuts was a very nice touch. Loved our stay at this gem of a hotel. So quaint and comfortable. Old charm with lots of character. Friendly staff, great lobby area, good breakfast, nice pool. Overall a great stay for my family of 4 in a signature room with a view of the ocean. Would definitely recommend and stay again!
