Love the Hotel because is convenient close to everything and its clean most staffs are helpful except for JR. He is at the front desk. Has no manners, no empathy, and its not helpful at all. Does not greet the client and its very rude. However Jonathan was very polite and helpful. Saw me with my 2 small childrens and my luggages helped all the way to my car.

Room was clean. Needs updating though. Bed was too soft for us so not so comfortable. Nice to have restaurant attached to hotel altho closes at 10 pm. Nice no charge for parking altho sometimes difficult to find parking. Check in and check out easy and quick. Staff very nice and accommodating.

On the morning of my checkout, the receptionist was extremely rude and dismissive. I have stayed at this location multiple times in the past and have never experienced any issues; however, this interaction made me very uncomfortable. There was no eye contact, no acknowledgment, and the overall demeanor was unprofessional. This was disappointing, especially given my otherwise positive history with this location.
