The room was clean. Listing photos are misleading- this is a tiny studio apartment part of a 4 or 5 plex. 5 min walk to the beach. Just very average for the 930 paid for the week.

Cute studio fun, close to everything!

We really enjoyed our long weekend getaway. This place offered everything we needed and it's close to everything! We never had any troubles with the WiFi, which was good because we had to check into work a few times. The beds were comfy. The place was so clean too! Can't wait to come back in a few weeks!

Very nice, very clean nicely furnished. Loved the screened in porch and the heated pool, close to bridge street, the pier and great restairants. the 2 flights of steps were a chore for my 75 yt old legs

A Week of Bliss

Location, location, location was terrific! A quick walk to the beach, a drug store and a grocery store, even a beach shop. My unit was small but clean. A couple of the pillows smelled a little bit funky but other than that, it was a blissful week of sun, waves and sand on beautiful Anna Maria Island!

The studio was adequate for I think a short stay. Location was excellent. Overall, the accommodations depicted online were bright and looked bigger, but upon arrival it was a lot smaller than expected and dark. Luckily, I had family that was nearby because I booked for 8 days and I don’t think I could have lasted. If you are coming to sleep only, you are good. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen was adequate. The bathroom; however, was dingy and musty. The whole building honestly reminded me of an old restaurant that was turned into efficiency apartments. I am still giving 3 stars as opposed to less because when reading other reviews, I knew the pictures online were probably a bit catfishy. All in all, nice location and better than some “No Tell Motel.

A really great location

This unit was close to the beach, close to everything else on the islands. The communication on how to get into the unit was unclear, and there was a problem where the emergency key lock box had the same combination as for all of the other units. I will say this though, one night there was some sort of electrical shortage that was causing the electricity in the entire block of units to fluctuate wildly. I didn't notice until I got home and it was late but I contacted the emergency number and they had someone out there and it was fixed. I was really surprised at the promptness and they did a great job. I would rent this unit again!

Cheap place

The place was affordable and from pictures looked nice for our week stay in Anna Maria. It served us well but we had several concerns…there was mold in the bathroom and smelled musty throughout the room. We found pieces of glass on the floor that had not been cleaned up from a previous tenant? The WiFi user and password given to us never worked so we used cellular data the entire trip. Instructions to get in and which unit was ours was very confusing, there were several units and doors with codes but instructions were vague. It was a very short walk to the beach and they had chairs/umbrellas/accessories open for us to use- that was very nice. Overall if you’re looking for just a cheap little place to stay while spending your days on the beach this is great access and affordable but not high quality.
