Cama king en el dormitorio principal con baño propio, cama queen en el segundo dormitorio y dos camas individuales en la tercera habitación. Segundo baño ubicado en el pasillo entre las otras habitaciones. Pisos de cerámica en toda la casa Cocina completa con encimeras de granito y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable. Tire del sofá para 2 personas, TV de pantalla plana de 50 pulgadas en la sala de estar. Todas las habitaciones tienen TV de pantalla plana. Acceso a internet y cable. Puerta corredera a la terraza exterior y escaleras a la zona de la planta baja junto a la piscina. Ducha lateral con agua fría / caliente para eso después del enjuague de la playa. Enorme piscina con sombrilla estilo Tiki y asientos en la piscina. Barbacoa, mesa, sillas, tumbonas para un momento de relax junto a la piscina. También hay un televisor de pantalla plana de 32 pulgadas junto a la piscina para su disfrute. Hay muchas sillas de playa y accesorios para la playa y una mesa de ping pong en el garaje con una puerta a la zona de la piscina. Hay un tranvía gratuito junto al acceso a la playa que lo llevará de un extremo a otro de la isla Anna Maria. Hay una gran cantidad de excelentes restaurantes, bares y tiendas a poca distancia. te enamorarás de la playa de Holmes como lo hicimos nosotros, ven y quédate en nuestra casa de playa para unas vacaciones maravillosas.

Girls vacation - all vrbo virgins, what an awesome first experience! Property was exactly as pictured and described. Owner responded quick to questions before and during stay, and from the start made you feel that you weren’t a bother - contacted him to report we couldn’t find a brush to clean the grill and Amazon delivered a brush and cleaner the next day. This place is in the center of the island and convenient to all locations, but the warm pool tempts you not to leave for long - perfect private yard. Book it, you won’t be sorry!

This was a great property and very centrally located on the island. We could walk to multiple restaurants, and walked 2 streets down to see the sunset each night. There is a trolley stop only 1 street away! The heated pool was fabulous and we loved the ping pong table. Parvaneh, thank you for being so easy to work with! We would recommend this property to anyone!

We absolutely loved our time at this house. The location was close to a lot of places we could walk to. Beds were comfortable. Couch was extremely soft and we loved it. The pool was very enjoyable. My most favorite part was the swing. I spent many hours relaxing and reading on it. We will definitely rent this home again. Thank you to our host as well!

We had an excellent time in Anna Maria this year! The home itself was comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay - and the real star is the outdoor space! That was the main reason we booked the home and it did not disappoint - what a perfect setup! The pool itself was so fun for our kids with the large shelf to play on as well as the built-in table with tiki umbrella. Plenty of opportunities for sun and shade around the pool area the majority of the day and lots of comfortable seating and lounging that felt clean and well cared for. When we had a maintenance issue come up (outside of the host’s control), the host was quick to work to resolve it and went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of. Would recommend this host and property to anyone!

Great location within walking distance of beach. Nicely equipped with stuff for house. Had coolers, beach chairs, wagon which was a bonus. Comfortable and clean. Could use some updates. Overall a good experience and we would recommend.

First trip to the island & will definitely be back. Very nice private backyard with pool, lounge chairs & grill. Sadly it rained for half of the trip but the shaded property made the trip very enjoyable. The location was also convenient with a short walk to the beautiful beach.

AMAZING!!

The house was absolutely amazing!! My boyfriend and I hadn’t been on a trip just us in over 6 years and we are so happy we booked this place it was the perfect place for us to just relax and take a breather from everything together. Absolutely nothing is shared, the backyard has nice greenery and tall fences making it nice and private, and we even made a lil lizard buddy back there lol! Highly recommend this house!

Positives:Host was very easy to communicate with, and allowed us a seamless early check-in, which we very much appreciated.There were chairs, a beach wagon, and some beach toys provided; it was nice not to have to pack those.The private pool was great, especially with kids.The house was stocked with plenty of toilet paper and things for cooking (spices, etc.) Fairly close to the beach. It felt like a long walk for us with four young children. But in reality, it wasn’t that bad.Walking distance to restaurants and the CrossFit gym. Critiques:The house needs a thorough cleaning and updates. I had higher expectations as we have stayed in other places on AMI, and were just coming from another rental that was fantastic. There were just things like wood trim on the floor falling off, door alarms hanging from wires, some mold on the shower curtain, a rusty shower rod, and our feet were black when walking around barefoot inside. We contacted the host about a plug missing from the tv in one of the kids’ rooms, and they responded and were able to find that a few days into our trip. Not the end of the world that they didn’t have tv for a few days, but it would’ve been nice. We bought wash clothes for the kitchen as there weren’t any, and wash clothes for the showers because there weren’t enough. We didn’t bother the host with this, because we’d already contacted them a few times about other things. We love AMI and will be back, but will probably find a different house.

This was our 6th year on Anna Maria for spring break. This rental was our favorite. Spacious, clean, beautiful pool and outdoor space. Ping pong table was a plus. Plenty of household items as well as beach gear. Walkable to plenty of restaurants and coffee spots. I highly recommend to anyone coming to the island. We are charmed every year on this island !

Great family place

The facility totally met our needs. Very nice location for shopping , restaurants, and close to the beach. No need to rent a car with the excellent trolley service. Everything we needed for the beach was provided. The pool was heated and very fun for the family. We would stay here again.

Great time in AMI

We stayed for three weeks and everything was wonderful. The outside with the pool area was amazing. The host was very responsive to inquiries. The location was great to get to the beach by walking or biking. We could also bike to a few restaurants. We'll definitely stay again!
