Good stay in D1 area

Was welcomed by the extremely friendly receptionist called V. She also provided good information on where I am able to obtain certain food products that are unique in Hanoi within HCM area. However, hotel may want to check the wiring/electrical in room 202, lights flickering in the toilet sometimes.

I have to paid 300,000 dong extra because my daughter 10years old but taller. I stayed at level 7th without lift. You have to pay mineral water 40,000 from icebox if you taken at counter. What type of hotel you provided. This hotel not recomended for stayed

Friendly staff but old hotel

This is old hotel and it suffered power shortage two times in our second day stay. The hotel lift also not working properly and broken down on third day. Room is not clean properly, there was cigarette ash left on the floor beside the sofa and hair at the bathroom. Staffs are friendly and they replace a new kettle to our room when we reported the existing one is not working. Suggest to go for other hotel if affordable.
