They moved me to a different hotel because there was an electric issue with my room. They don't have iron in the room, something quite basic in a business hotel. They offered me to iron my shirts for the following day ( which didn't solve my problem because I had an early meeting in the morning and the shirts would not be ready). When I checked out they charged me for the "free" iron service. I can't get used to the poor Vietnamese service.

We had booked a 3 night stay at the Roseland Corp hotel however upon arrival we were informed that the hotel elevators were under maintenance. We were offered a room at Roseland Sweet hotel just metres away. The only issue was we had a shower over the bath and I had booked a shower. The staff are wonderful.

Lovely hotel!

It was great. Staff were polite and helpful, especially Neil who mainly attended to the door entrance. Breakfast was sufficient. Room was comfortable, though oddly bath had gaps. Windows kept out some noise. Area looks quiet but like everywhere in Saigon continous noise. It was near to some places and the river.

This property is in a good location of District 1. Easy to walk anywhere. There are restaurants close by and shopping. The room was fine but mine had no windows which was odd. The shower is interesting as it’s a hand held but at full power would spray the entire bathroom. You have to adjust it and it’s tricky. They cleaned the room every day and supplied fresh coffee and waters.
