Very clean and amazing condo

Our family had a wonderful vacation staying here. This rental is very clean and updated. It is a very easy walk to the beach right across the street. Next time we are in HHI, we will definitely stay here again if available. I would highly recommend this rental.

Nice, comfortable, perfect for us

we were there for a tennis tournament. unfortunately, it rained most of the time, so the tournament was a bust but condo was nice and good location. I have visited and lived in hilton head for decades (back to late 60's) and these have been around forever....but nicely kept up and renovated. Would definitely stay again.

Great location looked as advertised unfortunately, found some bugs

Had a great trip. Overall, the property had a great location to coligny beach and shops. The appliances were updated and the unit was clean. However, we found multiple centipedes in the kitchen area as well as on the primary bedroom curtains. These were a nuisance but we also encountered a large (about 3 inches) cockroach by the washer and dryer. While this was unexpected because the unit seemed well maintained we overall enjoyed this unit and will attribute the bugs to the time of year. Hopefully next time we will not meet the bugs again.

Who doesn’t love Hilton Head?!

We absolutely love the island. Have traveled there a few times and each time it gets better (now that we know our way around)! The location was PERFECT! we had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. We did feel that both bathrooms (tub/shower area) and the refrigerator could use some updating. We would absolutely stay here again ❣️

Great location

This unit was perfect for 2 couples. We loved the western exposure which meant we got lots of afternoon sun and were able to dine on the outside patio. It is in a great location, minutes from the beach and close to Coligny Plaza and the tennis courts. Our only minor wish is that there was more cutlery supplied. We were constantly washing forks and spoons etc during meal prep and for setting the table. In all we would definitely rent this unit again.

Beautiful Condo, and great location

The communication and information we got prior to arrival was so thorough and detailed. The checkin process was effortless and the package in the lockbox contained everything we needed. We loved the condo. And on our second day we called because we had no hot water and our toaster was broken, and by the time we got in after our days outing, both issues were fully taken care of. Thank you! We were thrilled with our stay.

A great stay

Very nice condo for the price. Located within walking distance of the beach and coligny beach plaza. The unit had just about everything you could need during your stay including games, printer and laundry. My only complaint is the rock hard mattress.

Great stay

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and inviting with all the essentials we needed. We were in Hilton Head for my daughter’s wedding and the condo was a convenient place to rest and relax. Easy access to the beach. We will book again!

Just Loved It

When reading the initial description, what got my attention was the fact the unit isn’t close enough to water for a view. That was fine with us. We like the ‘at the front door’ parking and the one level. Plenty of space for the two of us. Big enough to have had children as well. We typically stay closer to the middle of the island. This will be on our ‘to visit again’ list. The space was clean and tidy.

Great place, close to beach and Coligny Plaza

This is a wonderful place to stay. Everything you need is here, including boogie boards, beach towels, and chairs. Beach access directly across the street. The condo is all one level, so no stairs to climb. It was very quiet when we were there.

Everything was great for our week. There was some beach equipment there that would have been nice to know was present so we didn’t have to rent beach equipment. It was stocked well and served our family well. Property was peaceful and well kept.

Close to beach

This rental is a close walk to the beach. The area is great for walking and biking. A short walk to Coligny Circle. I would 100% rent this unit again if they had comfortable beds! I did not sleep one night of our two week vacation in the king bed in master bathroom but used the sofa unopened! After looking at the reviews again I saw a few complaints about the hard mattress on the King size bed but when I first read I didn’t realize just how hard and uncomfortable the mattress could be. My wife and I have slept in many hotels, vacation rentals, time share exchanges and had never experienced a bed I could not sleep in.
