The condo we stayed in was very disappointing. Not only was it not clean, it was infested with multiple different insects. We contacted management and have yet to hear back from anyone. I would not recommend at all. Very dissatisfied.

Overall great condo for the price with an excellent view of the ocean. The only problem we had was the elevator to our floor wasn't working on the first day that we arrived.

Time in hilto head

Condo was less than expected. Fans in bathroom didn't work or when they did i was waiting for a fire. Every step the upstairs neighbors took could be heard, not to mention the squeeking floor. The hot tub is supposed to be 18+ only, but every evening a group of teens would congregate, play music and drink alcohol, making it so the adults couldnt use the hot tub. Called security and was told the cameras didnt work, but they would check. I could see the hot tub from my condo. The security guy never showed but they did put a 4th sign up the next day, outling the age policy. Lastly, the number of teens running around making noise at all hours of the night was crazy.

Great place, very nice and well equipped unit with comfy interior. Smaller repairs should be done in the unit. One light in the kitchen doesn’t work, the stove doesn’t work properly. Asked for service on day one of our stay. Unfortunately nobody came to fix those minor things during our 8 day stay. Nevertheless a great place, we would book it again :).
