Beautiful place and wonderful access to main areas like the beach, shopping and restaurants and shops. I didn’t give it five stars because the air conditioner was not working on the second floor of the place. I’ve let the owners know.

Amazing condo!!!!

Wow! What a fantastic find! We had an AMAZING stay!!!! Hosts were phenomenal! They were responsive, had everything in it for us to enjoy our vacation! I also liked that there was plenty of space! We had 4 teenagers and they all loved it too! We took advantage of the tennis courts, pool and all of the amenities! We would highly recommend this condo to anyone! Definite five star review! Thank you so much :-)

Great location and unit

My husband and I, our oldest daughter and three college aged grandkids enjoyed this nice 3 bedroom unit. Lots of activities on site, close to the beach and great restaurants nearby.

Good place but not clean enough

Good place and location near the beach, well organized and supplied with beach stuff and bikes. Elevator and bikes are not in great shape. Worse part was that some bed sheets, towels and dishes were not clean.

Condo close to Beach

This is a well stocked property that has warm decorations and everything you need from cooking to going to the beach. The rooms are warm and cozy (or cool with the A/C on) and the beds are comfy. The binder provided taught me new things about the island even though we have been there multiple times.

Wonderful stay.

Our trip was wonderful due to the nice and clean condo we enjoyed. I enjoyed having breakfast on the patio looking over the lagoon. The place was very clean and tidy. They seemed to have thought of everything to make sure you have a wonderful stay. My wife and I plan on going back there next year.

Amazing! Great location!

This condo is right across the street from the beach. There is a cute coffee place that I went to every morning and then sat at the beach while waiting for my family to wake up. We were so close to everything in Coligny. The condo has everything you needed including beach chairs and pool floats. There was plenty of space for my family of 6. The host always replied super quickly and we were even able to check in earlier since our flight got changed. I would definitely come here again!

Great location - close to Coligny

Overall, Karen’s place was very nice. The owner sent us a very long email with all the details of the property so we knew exactly what to expect. The place was very clean when we arrived and even were allowed access early to the property. We loved the location of the unit. The one issue we came across was the bikes. Many were rusty and unsafe for us to use which was a bummer. Overall, we loved Karen’s place!

Stayed for 3 nights and the hosts gave everything labeled, documented, and amenities for anything you may need to enjoy a beach day, night in at the bar with games, cooking appliances and a lot of sleeping room! So well communicated and would recommend to anyone staying in the area! One block from the beach, coffee shops, close to shopping, restaurants and bars

Great location

We loved staying there, it was very close to the beach and within walking distance to most of the restaurants that we ate at. The amenities that they provide, although we didn’t use were in abundance, a little detailed book that they leave you with all the possible restaurants, places to go helpful we hope to possibly stay in the future

Our family of four stayed here for a week and had a great stay. The condo was clean, nicely decorated and perfect location to Coligny Plaza and the beach. Communication with Karen was great as was the check in process. Would definitely recommend.

Incredible location was

This was a perfect location for our family of 5 with three teenagers. The unit has all you need for beach trips with the beach being under a 5 minute walk door to door with the elevators making things so easy. The kids can take a very short stroll over to Coligny Plaza and grab some ice cream or just hang out.

Beautiful condo in convenient location

Our family of 7 fit well in this comfortable, 3 bedroom condo. Excellent communication with the owner and property manager from the initial booking to the day of our stay, which was very appreciated! The condo building is across the street from the Coligny Beach entrance - an easy walk, but a wagon is helpful if carrying chairs, umbrellas, etc. Beach towels were the only thing we needed (there were 4 small ones in the condo). Otherwise, the owner thought of everything! We enjoyed our stay and would book this condo again.
