My husband and I had a lovely stay! The maintenance was a bit of a noise issue, but we were made aware of this prior to the stay, which we appreciated! The parking was odd also, but that could have been because of the scaffolding and maintenance equipment being scattered throughout the parking area. Otherwise the condo was beyond our expectations. We will certainly recommend this rental to friends and family!

Great location, access to the beach, comfortable furniture and mattress, well stocked kitchen. Host was very accessible and responsive. The water pressure in the primary bath was weak, and figuring out the remotes for the TV was a challenge (we never did...). Overall, a great condo!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would consider this condo again. Here are my thoughts: Pros: amazing location. It’s maybe 3 min walk to the beach (just through the property). The condo has 2 pools a baby pool. One pool goes up to 4ft and the other goes up to 8ft. They also have a hot tub. The pool side bar is awesome! The pool got busy but never so busy you couldn’t find a chair/lounger. Parking is a little chaotic on “move in/out” days but is otherwise a breeze. On the other side of the property are shops and restaurants. This condo is in a very walkable area. The primary suite has its own balcony and the bed is comfortable. The condo comes with starter laundry & dishwasher pods which is helpful. The property manager responds quickly when you use text. Messaging via the VRBO app can cause a delay in communication. Cons: During our stay the washer broke but they had someone come fix it and also paid to have our laundry sent out which was very nice. The secondary bedroom has 2 beds - both mattresses probably need replaced as they aren’t comfortable and dip in the middle. Perhaps even flipping them would help? The secondary bathroom could use some TLC, the shower caddy was rusty and there were black spots (mold?) above it. There was also a hole in the wall and on the baseboard. In the primary closet, there seemed to be mold growing near the baseboards - I notified the property manager so hopefully it’s fixed before your stay! Overall - a nice condo, just needs some TLC

Perfect location

The condo is directly across from coligny and next to Jim’s Pool bar (somewhat attached to the condo/reaort) and also Frosty Dog.The space was great, nice and roomy. All the amenities were good (keurig, washer dryer, cooking essentials, hair dryer, etc)The space could use an update in the bedrooms and second bathroom. Also the kitchen and living room area rugs were filthy and stained. Aside from that the condo was great. 4/5.

Great spot

We love Seacrest and this unit did not disappoint! It was clean, well-stocked and very comfortable for 2 couples. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. There are so many restaurants in the area and the beach access for walking and biking is perfect.

Very nice stay

As long time HHI visitors, staying down in the Coligny/Forest Beach area was actually new to us. The property location is definately walkable to all kinds of local "touristy" spots. the beach view and proximity to the ocean was our favorite part. Pool Bar Jims is a must see. The unit was a bit dated but overall had everything we needed and was spacious. The beach and area was somewhat crowded, so if you're looking for "privacy and quiet", this unit is probably not for you. Enjoyable stay for my family!

Great location and amentities

We stayed at Sea Crest 1205 with our 8 year old. She loves the proximity to the pirate ship playground, ocean, and we lived the pool bar. A great relaxing week where driving was never required. Thank you!

Perfect location, comfortable place, beautiful property

The property is within a few minutes walking distance from everything at Coligny Plaza, which meant there was no need to drive somewhere every day. The master bedroom has its own thermostat, which allowed me to keep it a few degrees colder than the rest of the unit. The only real negative here is that it takes about 10 minutes for the water to get hot.

We both enjoyed our stay at Sea Crest. We have timeshares at Marriott’s Vacation Club and Hilton Vacation Club. Sea Crest is very comparable to both timeshares. Very nice, I will be using VRBO again.
