The modern villa in the Wilhelmstrasse is located in a quiet location about 7 minutes walk from the beach promenade of the seaside resort Ahlbeck. Our small and cozy apartment welcomes you most cordially. At the house there is a free parking space available.

The fisherman and sin Fru would feel very comfortable in our 1-room apartment Strandtuuv. The maritime facility invites you to relax and unwind. The spacious living room offers a cozy sitting area enough space for a comfortable double bed and a dining area for 2 people. The separate kitchen and the bathroom with toilet and shower provide additional living comfort. The small balcony is furnished and invites for breakfast under the open sky or a glass of wine in the evening. Since we are partners of the Baltic Sea spa, the golf hotel Balmer See and the Baltic Hills Golf Resort, you will receive a 30% discount on the green fees in the golf clubs as well as, until 31. August 2019, a discount on the regular entrance fees with each visit to the spa in the seaside resort Ahlbeck. From September 2019 you will receive the discount in the Ostsee-Therme with presentation of the spa card of the Kaiserbäder (KaiserbäderCard).
Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 17:00 and departures from 08:00 to 10:00.

Alles gut verlaufen
Man kann sehr viel allein unternehmen Tagesausflüge mit den Bus der Firma Cyrus oder Schiffsfahrten mit den Adler Schiffen sehr zum Empfehlen. Für Rad Fahrer lohnt es sich sehr von Ahlbeck bis Bansin führt der Weg an der Strandpromenade lang und genauso ist man schnell in Swinemünde super gut.

Schöne Ferienwohnung
Die Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen, sie ist gerade im Küchenbereich super ausgestattet einschließlich eines Herdes mit vier Kochplatten und Backofen, was viele Ferienwohnungen mit Kochgelegenheit nicht bieten. Die Lage ist super, der Weg zum Strand und auch zum Bahnhof ist kurz. Und da sind wir auch schon beim einzigen Minuspunkt: die Schlüsselübergabe. Wir reisten mit der Bahn, und dass der Check-Inn für ein Objekt in Ahlbeck in Bansin erfolgt, ist dann doch etwas umständlich, um es vorsichtig zu formulieren. Man muss mit seinem Gepäck ziemliche Umstände in Kauf nehmen. Ein Schlüsselkasten vor Ort beispielsweise mit Codeeingabe wäre da besser. Leider war die für Bahnreisende umständliche Schlüsselübergabe erst nach der Buchung ersichtlich. Dass die Schlüsselabgabe vor der Abreise ebenso umständlich ist, muss nicht erwähnt werden. Es ist schade, dass immer noch alles zu sehr auf den Individualverkehr zugeschnitten wird, natürlich auch beim Tourismus. Ansonsten können wir Ahlbeck als Urlaubsort unbedingt empfehlen, es erscheint zumindest vor Beginn der Ferien nicht zu voll und nicht so überkandidelt wie andere Ostseebäder.

Nette, kleine Ferienwohnung.
Die FeWo liegt sehr ruhig in einer Nebenstraße. Der Weg zur Strandpromenade, dem Bahnhof und zum Zentrum von Ahlbeck ist nicht weit. Gleich um die Ecke ist ein Bäcker, der sogar Sonntag geöffnet hat. Positiv ist der Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage. Negativ habe ich den Kühlschrank im Wohn-(Schlaf)raum empfunden, da er recht laut war.
