The place is nice with scenic views and walkability to nearby establishments. Most of the check in instructions were accurate. However, there are some negatives here I wish I had known about. First, the trains. There are tracks extremely nearby. The trains come regularly, including throughout the nights. They woke us constantly. Second, the walls are paper thin. I finally sought assistance with noise next door after midnight and was not satisfied with the response. The host said she came by and couldn’t hear the noise. I sent her a recording of the noise occurring in real time at 1 am and she never responded. The check in and check out instructions were also problematic. The host gave us incorrect check in door lock instructions so my party was stuck outside until this was corrected. The check out instructions told us to run dishwasher and start a load of towels yet we never found detergent for either task. The host did not respond to me. While there were some nice things about this place, I would not stay again. Very disappointing.
