Great Location

We absolutely loved that we were in short walking distance from the beach, shops and restaurants. The condo was very clean and in good shape! Our view was lovely!! We would definitely stay here again!

For a weekend trip, the location at Hatteras Landing is super convenient. The place was well-stocked, very clean, with a spectacular marsh view. Loved it and would stay again

Not great

The space is very dark in the living room as the front window faces a brick wall/ breezeway. The unit was not clean. Layers of dust on just about everything, the floor as well. The sheets and towels are very thin and low quality. In our opinion they need a new cleaning person who pays attention to detail and doesn’t just hit the high spots.

Great Condo with beautiful view, close to dining and beaches

This was our second stay in the Villa, first in this unit. It was fun to sit on the balcony and watch the ferries. We walked to the landing and Hatteras Sol, our favorite restaurant. Everything you need for two people. One thing we were not fans of was the overly soft bed. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was clean, comfy, and quiet. We loved thatvwe could was to the stores and the beach, plus the ferry was right around the corner. Would definitely recommend for a pleasant get away!

Great Stay

This condo was the perfect stay for a few nights away- the only thing I would say is the mattress for the pull out couch and king bed NEED to be replaced. This place was clean, quiet, beautiful sunset off the back balcony, beach and restaurants are easily accessible.

Unexpectedly nice.

We traveled in for a fishing trip and needed a place to stay overnight. I didn’t expect much due to short notice and pricing and they were working on the siding of the building. But once I arrived the room was very clean and decorated very nicely. It provided me with everything we needed.

Pretty view but didn’t realize it was part of an apartment building

The place was clean and nice sunset view of the sound. I wish there had been some details given by the owner on how to use the tv. Seemed it wasn’t connected to the internet. A few simple instructions would be helpful as would’ve been for their version of Keurig. Towels were not great. We had just been to a bed and breakfast so maybe I’m spoiled.

Problem with place. TV did not work, ran out of toilet paper. No extra in unit . No shampoo and conditioners in containers. The floor was so dirty that my white socks turn black. I took a picture of my stocks . The floor was dark and hard to see the dirt. Also it made me bad that we had to pay for resort fee and we couldn’t get in until 4 and needed to be out at 10. Pool closed at sunset. When were we to use anything. They Constantly sent emails about being out by 10 and not in before 4. A lot of paperwork in trouble for one night

Great view of sound

Overall we had a great stay. The condo is set up and decorated in a really nice way. The view is amazing. My biggest problem with my stay was the check in process. I received a text stating i would hear from them through out the day with information which was great however, at 359 i had not gotten any information with access codes and check in was at 4. I texted the number i was sent at that time A little after 4 no reaponse so i went into thw office and they stated i should have gotten an email. I got that email while i was standing there at 408. It took us 30 mins to get into the room because the access code wouldnt work. The office have a different one that also did not work. At 430 a maintenance man came and called someone who fixed the problem and got thw code to work. He said its been an issue in the past so definitely something to keep in mind.

Perfect pit stop on the way to Ocracoke

We travel annually with friends to Ocracoke and this is the perfect place to stay and enjoy the pool and restaurants before taking the ferry (which is literally next door) to Ocracoke the following morning.

Had a great stay in Hatteras Village

Property is as-described, and is a great option for a Hatteras village stay without a need/desire to rent a full house. It is positioned as one of the more well-appointed and well-positioned condos on the property, with a very nice view off the back porch.
