Nice place right by ferry

We enjoyed our stay. It was right next to ferry and had a little shopping resturant area right connected to it. Really relaxing quiet and nice view!

We absolutely loved that we were in short walking distance from the beach, shops and restaurants. The condo was very clean and in good shape! Our view was lovely!! We would definitely stay here again!

For a weekend trip, the location at Hatteras Landing is super convenient. The place was well-stocked, very clean, with a spectacular marsh view. Loved it and would stay again

Not great

The space is very dark in the living room as the front window faces a brick wall/ breezeway. The unit was not clean. Layers of dust on just about everything, the floor as well. The sheets and towels are very thin and low quality. In our opinion they need a new cleaning person who pays attention to detail and doesn’t just hit the high spots.

Great Condo with beautiful view, close to dining and beaches

This was our second stay in the Villa, first in this unit. It was fun to sit on the balcony and watch the ferries. We walked to the landing and Hatteras Sol, our favorite restaurant. Everything you need for two people. One thing we were not fans of was the overly soft bed. Would definitely stay here again.

Pleasnt Get Away

The room was clean, comfy, and quiet. We loved thatvwe could was to the stores and the beach, plus the ferry was right around the corner. Would definitely recommend for a pleasant get away!

Great Stay

This condo was the perfect stay for a few nights away- the only thing I would say is the mattress for the pull out couch and king bed NEED to be replaced. This place was clean, quiet, beautiful sunset off the back balcony, beach and restaurants are easily accessible.

Unexpectedly nice.

We traveled in for a fishing trip and needed a place to stay overnight. I didn’t expect much due to short notice and pricing and they were working on the siding of the building. But once I arrived the room was very clean and decorated very nicely. It provided me with everything we needed.
