Very comfortable home with a great pool area in a quiet neighborhood. Great for large families or a group of friends. One of the rooms is detached and by the pool with its own bathroom which was great for our needs. While there are a few areas of the house that could use some improvements, the host is extremely accommodating and quick to respond, which makes up for any minor issues.

This home is extremely cozy and beautiful. The rooms were comfortable, and we really appreciated the thoughtful touches like fresh water bottles in every room. The provided coolers were a lifesaver for our beach days. The only suggestion I have would be to add an AC unit to the living room, as it can get quite warm during the day, especially while cooking.

Proprty was as pictured some areas could use an update for the price. Owner should let people know before booking that he shows up to the property whenever he wants because his office is located on the property I believe in the garage area. Other then that great stay.

If you’re thinking about booking, DO IT! Everything was amazing from reserving the stay to checking out! We almost had to stay an extra night & Miguel was soooo accommodating! Our stay was amazing! Nelson the owner was amazing the best owner/host we could have asked for. The house was packed and stored with all that we needed to accommodate both adults and kids. The house look just as pictures. We had issues with loss of water the last two nights but nelson came with his workers and made sure the problem was resolve. He was very attentive and gave us a full itinerary of things nearby which was very helpful as well.

This property has everything you could need for any length of stay, and if it was lacking anything, Nelson took care of it. There is plenty of room, plenty to cook with and an amazing pool and spa to chill in. Hanging out with friends & family outside is so easy and comfortable. The air conditioners in the bedrooms make sleeping so nice & if you want an expert to take you and your group on a tour of almost anyplace on the island, Nelson does that - and at a great rate!! If we ever get back to Puerto Rico, we'll definitely come back!

Beautiful Property!

The home was beautifully decorated and felt safe. There was plenty of space for our group of 15. We only spent 1 night as we passed through but there was many great food options for our night and morning. Nelson was easy to reach upon our arrival to get the key code and give us directions to enter the property. We really enjoyed the outside space and pool.
