Great place to stay in hakodate

Conveniently located a short walk away from train station, with convenience stores and eateries nearby , reception was warm and welcoming , the room was a traditional tatami type furnishing, spacious clean and comfortable.

Very friendly staff, good stay!

Good: It’s so cheap compared to other hotels in Hakodate, and the location is very good, it’s just 2 minutes off from tram station, and not too far from Hakodate station. There’s one enormous supermarkets with food and cosmetics right next to the hotel, making it extra convenient to seek food/ souvenirs. Staff are super friendly and welcoming! I love their friendliness and detailed work. Bad: The room is a bit dated, but we got a bonus: a public bath that wasn’t mentioned in Hotels.com Overall I will definitely recommend this hotel to other’s when staying in Hakodate!

overall is good. we stayed for 3 nights and was snowing. the breakfast is not buffet. the staff will serve you which i quite like it.we parked the car opposite of the hotel.¥500 per night. we like the onsen.

Solid place to stay in there heart of Hakodate

Good place to stay in the heart of Hakodate. Short walk to the train station and right off of a major road/strip of restaurants and shops. Staff very friendly—room clean, just a bit small and stuffy. But that is to be expected.

Small room but arranged nicely. The location was just around the corner from the tram so we didn’t have to walk far to access public transportation. We especially liked the hot soaking bath available to guests. They offered a variety of breakfasts to suit everyone’s taste. We would stay here again.

Comfortable room, 15min walk from Hakodate JR

I bring my whole family of 5 and we stay in the room of 8. The room is a traditional Japanese style room and it is spacious. What we love the most is the comfortable futon in the room, we sleep really well. Unfortunately we didn't have time to try their public bath. I read some review about the hotel being old but I think it is well maintain and of course we feel very welcomed by the hotel staff :)

This hotel is about 10-15 min walking from JR station. It is only one stop if take a tram. But JR station Hakodate is old, business nearby was so so. Most stores and restaurants close after 8 pm Hotel service was good. Business of the restaurant in the hotel was very slow, not much varieties for breakfast

My room was very clean and wifi and all accommodations were in new condition. Bed too hard for me and room too small. would be OK for one small Asian who like hard bed. Staff outstanding and layout of this hotel perfect.

Very standard business hotel.

This business hotel is just like a standard business hotel. The lobby feels dated, the corridors are narrow and everything is standard. Some business hotels are remarkable in a sense, but this one has nothing special. There is a bathhouse available with each gender having different access times. There is not much English spoken in this hotel. The neighbourhood is not interesting either, just apartments, offices, and concrete. The tram is 5 minutes walk away, the train station around 20 minutes.

I was too late to book a hotel at Hakodate's trip. not many choices and thus book Suncity. The wifi connection is equal to none as my booking two rooms were at the end of corridor. The other conditions were reasonable and acceptable according to the price.
