Everything was great except no coffee maker and the microwave is so tiny you can’t get a plate in it. House was very clean, well equipped. Went to Walmart and purchased coffee maker so no big deal. I’ll bring it next time. Will stay there again.

This house is in a great location close to the college and local restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay! needs a little bit of yard cleanup.

The property was nicely located being close to the downtown area and to area restaurants. We were looking for a place that was in the proximity of Kebler Pass and this was a good, moderately priced place with easy access to the highway leading to our chosen day trips. The home was adequate, not plush in any way, but had plenty of room and supplies to fit our needs for 2 nights. Communication in the reservation process was not easy and not very timely. Responses were slower than I've experienced with other rentals. Once the day of the reservation came, the communication was very good though and we received several texts that provided to be kind and helpful. Just be patient in the beginning when you book here

The home was a very peaceful place for us to stay. The only suggestion we would be supplying kleenex. We had one question about their check-out process because we couldn't find the bear-proof container. The process was then confirmed.

We planned a family trip to Gunnison to enjoy all the area has to offer. The rental is in an ideal location: walk/ biking distance to the college, shopping and the rec center. The house was roomy. Only downside was lack of air conditioning… it was hot during the day, no toaster, minimal kitchen serving bowls and cobwebs in the front and back porch. We did enjoy our stay.

Watered Down Hand Soap

This house was not nice to begin with and has been maintained poorly. To me, the hand soap being watered down is the perfect little detail that explains our experience. Instead of maintaining the property effectively and refilling the bottle of hand soap, the management or cleaning staff just topped off the bottles with water and called it good. Major complaints: - Master shower is FILTHY. The walls have some patchy dark film (especially up high) that wipes off with a towel. - Dog hair on the couch - Disgusting Keurig - Kitchen drawers are grimy and feel like they're falling apart - Spiders and ants in the house - Neighbors shooting off fireworks at night (nowhere close to 4th of July) Minor complaints or things I should have seen in the listing: - Mirror in master bedroom is too high to use effectively - Mirror in master bathroom is too small - had to lean over away from the sink when shaving - No A/C - Most of the artwork isn't level Overall, the house starts with a bad framework that was painted over to look nice in pictures for VRBO, but staying here was not a pleasant experience and I would not recommend visiting.

Great spot for skiing

This was great for our two family's (4 adults, 6 kids) who were all learning to ski. We didn't spend much time but it was great for what we needed. Cleanliness could use a little work. We think maybe the guests before us had a dog? Not sure, but everything else was good.

Good rental

Our stay went well. I would recommend keeping your group small enough to only use the bedrooms and not need the pull out couches. Location was perfect for our stay wanting to be near the college campus.
