During my stay, I placed the “Need New Towels” sign on our door before leaving the room. When we returned, the “Do Not Disturb” sign was hanging on the door instead. I am certain that I had put out the “Need New Towels” sign, and it was clear someone had been in our room because there were now several additional “Do Not Disturb” signs on the inside of the door—when we first checked in, there had only been one of each.
Despite someone having entered the room, nothing was done. No towels were provided, and the room had not been serviced. We had to go downstairs ourselves to request clean towels. From my understanding, housekeeping is supposed to be completed daily, so it was disappointing that this was not handled properly.
