We enjoyed ourselves

We enjoyed the location and it was very clean and orderly when we arrived. We loved that it was right beside the beach and the little grocery store was nice to be able to walk across and grab things like eggs. It had everything we needed. The parking is great. We enjoyed the outdoor chairs. We made so many great memories! We are interested in renting from this property again just in a unit with a washer/dryer. I would suggest to highlight that it does not have a washer and dryer and maybe suggest how to overcome this problem. :) What I could find was quite a drive away from the condo. That was an over site on my part but with 3 kids on the beach for 8 nights that would have been detrimental to our stay if we did not have access to my parents condo’s laundry nearby. I literally didn’t sleep the first night because I stressed out about how we were going to handle laundry. I didn’t know that other units had a washer/dryer. One more slight complaint was that the unit smelled damp/stunk the whole time. The AC seemed to make everything damp at times. The cloth couch would have a damp feel to it and this would be after we had been out at museums most of the day.

The property location was great! So easy to get to the beach. The apartment was cute and clean. Well equipped with everything we needed. Communication, and check-in was all very easy. We enjoyed our stay and would book again.

It was okay

This unit was a lot smaller than I thought! The bathroom was very hard to manage with 2 kids and 2 adults it was super tiny if you were on the toilet and someone opened the door it slammed your knees. The tv did not work in the bedroom. There was sand in the kids lower bunk we just washed bedding ourselves. It’s a cute condo but I don’t think my family and I will stay again in the future due to size, and even though it’s not the owners fault the people upstairs kept us up all night the last 4 nights in a row stomping around and having a good time till after midnight. So just know it’s not very sound proof. Other than that we were only there to sleep and really enjoyed our vacation!

The property was dirty upon arrived had to cean before we could settle. Found bugs, trash in between beds, foid in cabinets and several broke items as part of condo (fan, headboard and faucet). Poor maintenance and upkeep. Management didn't act like any of it was a big deal. We actually left 2 days early because wasn't getting any better and management gave us us 15% back but wouldn't refund the days we didn't stay. From check in it was a nightmare.

Quaint and Great Location

We stayed for 10 days total for a baseball tournament and also to spend a few days at the beach. Easy location to get to and from and also around gulf shores. Across the street is a small grocery store, restaurant and ice cream! We frequented those places a lot. You need everything. Paper towels, cleaning supplies, laundry soap, toilet paper. Very little is provided. Bring your own beach towels, beach toys, body boards as there is not a community of items that are in the condo to use.

Great location…very dirty

The location was great; however, the condo was very filthy. The air filter was excessively full…the tub drain was full of hair…the floor just nasty…sand in the made bed…dryer vent overflowing. The ice maker is broken and made an annoyingly loud clicking noise. For the price I paid, the condo should have been in much better shape! I would like a refunded amount.
