If I could give a higher rating I would, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean and well thought out. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. Communication was excellent, any questions I had were quickly addressed. The neighborhood is beautiful! Someone in the reviews mentioned that there is a business across the street and there is but it blends in just fine, the ONLY noise we heard was the garbage truck which runs once a week. We went out with the stroller and walked the neighborhoods for about 45 minutes. It truly is a beautiful, peaceful area. I would love to live there. The house is well equipped and the garage area and yard are precious! The host is quick to respond to any questions. We will definitely be going back soon.

This property location is convenient to the beach, Pensacola proper as well as shopping. Renters should be aware that there is a business located across the street so there is traffic in and out during usual business hours.The house is bright and clean. I would note that the living room is not really set up for families as there is limited comfortable furniture.Overall our stay was satisfactory and the price was reasonable for what we got.

The place was clean, provided ample cooking supplies, and towels. Wish there were enough toilet paper, but that’s not a big deal because overall, It was a great stay we’re planning on staying there again, if it’s available. The place was spacious….management was prompt in addressing our needs. No complaint.

Perfect stay

The home was very clean and spacious for my family of 5. The host provided plenty of bedding, space to park, and even beach items to take to the beach. We highly recommend this home to any family traveling to visit the beach. The location is 5 minutes from the beach, plenty of restaurants and a Wal-Mart nearby for any other items you might need. This home made our stay perfect.

Gulf Breeze weekend

We stayed 3 nights in Gulf Breeze. Everything was nice, neat and clean in the property. Location is a quiet street. The place is big enough for 5 people. Publix is 8 minutes walk. Pensacola Beach is 5 minutes drive. Full equipped kitchen. Clean bed sheets and towels provided by the owner. Wi-Fi and streaming TV, washer and dryer. Restaurants in a few minutes drive. Definitely recommend this place.

Great home, great location, excellent host!

The location of the home was incredibly convenient to everything in gulf breeze. We had no problem getting Ubers to and from the house anytime we needed. The home was exactly as advertised, and very comfortable. Check in and check out procedures were easy, and the keypad lock on the front door made it easy for us to access the home as soon as our flight landed! Highly recommend!

Good vacation spot if comfortable isn’t your thing

Living room and main bed are so uncomfortable. Very clean and close to Hwy98 and restaurants. Plan to be at the beaches and out and about. Don’t look for comfort or a good nights sleep

Great Property

This house is in a great location. Easy access to the beaches or as a springboard to do some sightseeing. Quiet neighborhood, well equipped for doing your own coooking, and plenty of space. I would highly recommend this property, both in accommodation and price. This is the 2nd time we've stayed here and will look forward to doing so again.

Great Last Minute Accommodations

Our business partner team decided to extend our stay in Pensacola by a day. We quickly booked this lovely Gulf Breeze home and were delighted with the accommodations. The communications with our host were timely; we had everything we needed in the house and finished our business meeting successfully. The house is clean, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked and the location is convenient for both the beach and downtown Pensacola. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Rental!

Everything was clean & perfectly set up for our stay. We didn't have to buy anything for our beach trips because there were plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, beach mats, & toys in the garage. We were in close proximity to restaurants, stores, the beach, and everything we wanted to visit. We will definitely be booking this property again!

One of the best places I've stayed in

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The location was clean, the check in process was easy, though locking the door was a bit challenging, we finally figured it out and it was effortless. That I mentioned how incredibly clean it was? There was not a piece of dust in sight....ir a piece of hair in sight. The Location was very convenient as it only took us about 7 minute to get to the beach, and less than 10 minutes to get to Walmart and other the stores. The house was very comfortable, decorated with homey touches. The smart TV was a plus. The beds and couches were super soft and comfortable. 10/10!
